SHIPPING POLICY

All "ready to ship" items are shipped within 2-3 days of received payment, after receiving your order confirmation email. Custom orders require more time. 

All domestic orders will include tracking and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International orders:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Buyers are responsible for all import taxes and customs duties. Jenka Jewelry is not responsible for any extra charges in your destination country.

We are not responsible for any delivery delays or missing packages once the package is in possession of the third-party carrier (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL or any other courier companies)

If you have issues with the loss or delay of your item in transit, please contact me right away so we can work together to track down the package.
