RETURN POLICY
If for some reason, you are not completely delighted with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your jewelry to make an exchange or receive a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, so the item and box will not be damage during shipping. The item must be shipped back within 3 days of delivery. The buyer will need to cover returned item shipping costs.
The following can’t be returned or exchanged:
– Custom designs
– Personalized orders (lengthening or shortening, color changes, or other design alterations)
– Items on sale
– Layaway payments
REFUND POLICY (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
