Yes, I do custom orders! Jewelry can be designed to your choice of style, gemstone, materials, size and price. I can work with you on creating a new design or modifying an existing selection.Please send me an email or message and I’ll be happy to help with your custom order.

They are made of high-quality gemstones and most of them are made with 14K/18K gold filled, gold vermeil or 925 sterling silver. You can see the materials used in the description of each item.

Since most of our gemstone are natural and our pieces are carefully handmade, there will be some variability from piece to piece. This is what makes each piece unique. I strive to select the most beautiful stones available to recreate the same style of piece that is presented in our images. If it makes you feel more comfortable, I can send a picture of the final piece for verification before shipping, just let me know!

Jenka jewelry is Handmade, so it requires special care. Here are some simple tips on how to take care and keep your jewelry in excellent condition:

-Remove jewelry before shower, swimming, sauna or hot tub. Please always apply creams, perfume or hairspray first before putting on your jewelry. Gemstones and Pearls will absorb these products and can damage them.

-Keep your jewelry in the box it came in. You can also place it inside a Ziploc bag or airtight container. (Never mix them with other jewels, keep gold jewelry separately from silver jewelry).

-Keep the silica gel packs, they absorb moisture and it will help prevent and slow tarnish.

-Keep your jewelry looking new by gently polishing them with the jewelry polishing cloth.

-Always remove your jewelry before sleep to prevent damage or wear.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes for their purchases. Jenka Jewelry is not responsible for any delays from customs.
